This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.2) Data We Collect
• Account & Contact: email, username, hashed password, age band, preferences.• Content: text you type, images/screenshots you upload, comments/feedback you post.• Subscription Info: product purchased, renewal status, and related receipts/entitlements (from Apple). We do not receive your full payment card details.• Device & Usage: device model/OS, app version, language, time zone, IP-derived region, crash logs, diagnostics, interaction events.• Support: messages and metadata you send to support.3) How We Use Data
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including OCR/parsing of uploads and generating AI responses).• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and restore purchases.• Personalize features and measure performance.• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.• Communicate important updates and policy changes.• With your consent where required (e.g., marketing emails—you can opt out anytime).4) AI & Third-Party Processing
To generate responses or analyze content, we may send your prompts/uploads to AI providers (e.g., OpenAI/OpenAI affiliates) and OCR/analytics vendors that act as our processors under confidentiality and security obligations. Do not upload content you lack rights to share or that includes others’ sensitive data.5) Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR, if applicable)
We process data based on contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), consent (optional marketing), and legal obligations (compliance/record-keeping).6) Sharing
We share personal data with: - Service providers (hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, AI/OCR, email) acting under data-processing agreements;
- Apple to validate purchases and entitlements;
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights/safety; and
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to this Policy).
We do not sell personal information.7) International Transfers
We may transfer data to the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate, using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.8) Retention
• Account data and User Content are retained while your account is active.• When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for legal or security reasons.• Logs/analytics are typically retained 12–24 months and then aggregated or deleted.9) Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction, or object to certain processing. Submit requests to [email protected].
You can delete your account in-app at Profile → Settings → Delete Account.10) Children
Broski is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We delete underage accounts when discovered.11) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure.12) Cookies/Identifiers
On the web, we may use cookies for authentication and analytics. The app may use device identifiers for analytics that you can reset at the OS level.13) Marketing Communications
We may send product updates or tips. You can opt out via in-app settings or the email footer. We’ll still send transactional messages (e.g., receipts, policy updates).14) California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA. California residents may exercise rights by emailing [email protected] and may use an authorized agent.15) Do Not Track

Broski is a coaching/entertainment app that uses AI to help users draft messages and get feedback on screenshots or text they submit. Broski does not provide professional, medical, legal, or relationship advice.2) Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Broski, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.3) Eligibility & Accounts
• You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your country).• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity on your account.4) Subscriptions, Trials, Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
• Broski Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly $9.99, Monthly $24.99, Yearly $99.99 (prices may vary by region/tax). Each plan unlocks the same features.• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions (or itms-apps://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).• Your Apple account may be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for renewal.• We do not accept alternative payment methods in the app.5) Content You Submit
You may upload text, images, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership, but grant Broski a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and create derivative works of your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service (including moderation, generating AI responses, and creating anonymized analytics). If you post to public areas, others may view and share that content.6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Upload illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Post others’ private or confidential information without consent.
- Spam, phish, or attempt to circumvent technical protections.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.7) AI Output
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for your use of AI output. Do not rely on the Service for decisions that could cause harm.8) Intellectual Property
The Service, software, design, and marks are owned by Broski Media LLC and its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, all rights are reserved.9) Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., AI, OCR, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those tools.10) Termination
You may stop using Broski at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to others. Paid periods already billed by Apple are subject to Apple’s refund rules.11) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
Broski is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Broski is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid to us for Broski Pro during the 3 months preceding the claim.12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Broski harmless from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.13) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We’ll post updates and, if changes are material, provide in-app or email notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.14) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Louisiana/United States], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in [Louisiana/United States] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless prohibited by law.

This agreement is between you and Broski, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.16) Account Deletion (Apple Requirement)
You can delete your account in-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deleting removes personal data we store, subject to legal retention obligations (see Privacy Policy).
